Tour Guide
Expected Licenses, Experience, and Competencies
- Guida Turistica license valid in Italy (under the regional or national qualification system)
- City/region where the license is valid
- Advanced Italian + at least one foreign language (TR, ENG, GER, FR, etc.)
- Reason for choosing education in art history, archaeology, history, or tourism
- Group management and presentation skills
- Cultural representation and crisis management competency
- Partita IVA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide official guided tours in cities, museums, and historical sites
- Convey cultural, historical, and artistic knowledge accurately and in an engaging manner
- Adhere to the program schedule and timing
- Ensure group safety and order
- Ensuring compliance with museum and official institution rules
Tour Leader
Expected Certification, Experience, and Competencies
- Advanced Italian + at least one foreign language (TR, ENG, GER, FR, etc.)
- Operational tourism experience
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic first aid knowledge
- High level of representation and communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the group throughout the tour program
- Coordinate hotel, transfer, restaurant, and reservation arrangements
- Coordinate communication with guides, drivers, suppliers, and local businesses
- Produce quick solutions to problems
- Monitoring guest satisfaction
- Submit a daily operations report
Interpreter
Required Licenses, Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes
- Translation education or equivalent experience
- Advanced translation proficiency from Italian into Turkish, English, or French
- Consecutive or whisper interpreting experience
- Mastery of terminology (trade fairs, commerce, technical fields, etc.)
- Compliance with privacy and ethical rules
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing interpretation services at job interviews, trade fairs, and meetings
- Ensuring accurate and complete communication between the parties
- Taking cultural nuances into account
- Provide written short translations if necessary
Exhibition and Event Staff
Expected Competencies, Experience, and Qualifications
- There is no license or certification requirement.
- Advanced Italian + at least one foreign language (TR, ENG, GER, FR, etc.)
- Preferably with trade fair and/or event experience
- Clear diction, presentable appearance
- Sales and marketing skills
- Adapting to a busy pace
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors at the booth or event
- Provide basic information about the company/brand
- Distribute brochures and promotional materials
- Collect visitor information
- To carry out the tasks assigned to him/her during the event
- Maintain the booth layout and representation quality
Director of Photography / Videographer
Expected Equipment, Experience, and Competencies
- Professional video camera, lens, gimbal, audio equipment, and mastery
- Video shooting and editing experience
- Knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Storytelling and scene planning skills
- Experience in tourism and promotional videos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Filming promotional, social media, and documentary-style videos
- Create the shooting schedule and scene flow
- Manage post-production processes
- Produce content that aligns with the visual language defined before the job
